Is this real leather?
No. All 12 designs use a PU faux leather surface with a polyester base and polyester lining.
How do I choose a size?
Sizes run from XS to XXL. Each product includes its own garment measurements in centimeters. Compare them with a coat you own and allow room for layers. Fit varies by design.
How should I care for my coat?
Gently wipe with a damp cloth and hang to dry away from direct heat. Do not machine wash or iron. Read your product’s care notes for color and hardware guidance.
Where do you ship?
We deliver to all 50 US states and Washington, DC. US overseas territories and APO/FPO military addresses are excluded.
What does delivery cost and how long does it take?
Standard shipping is free for all orders. Handling takes 1–2 business days and transit takes 3–4 business days after dispatch: an estimated 4–6 business days combined. The cutoff is 7:00 PM fixed UTC−06:00; after-cutoff, weekend and US federal holiday orders begin handling on the next business day.
Are taxes added?
Checkout shows tax as $0. This does not mean the products are legally tax exempt.
How do payments and order acceptance work?
Checkout shows the total before you authorize payment. An order is not confirmed merely by entering checkout details. Contact us if you need assistance with a payment or confirmation.
Can I return a coat?
Request authorization within 30 calendar days of receipt. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, in original condition and packaging. There is no restocking fee. You pay return shipping for a change of mind; we cover it for our errors, damage or defects. Those issue claims are not excluded by the ordinary unused-condition rule.
When will I receive an approved refund?
Approved refunds are returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 days.
